48 hour cancellation:  Appointments canceled with less then 48 hours notice will be charged a minimum $100 fee to rebook.  Fo scheduled services greater than $100, 50% of the scheduled service will be collected in order to rebook. Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without calling/texting prior to the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 

The charge will be to the card on file. Acceptance of this policy is made when accepting an appointment on our booking software.

Please communicate with us in the event of an emergency via Call/Text (215) 316-0212.

Cancelations via Facebook, Instagram or stylist's personal cell phones are not accepted.

Metered Parking is available on York Road. $.25/hour; There is a public lot adjacent to the Red Barn Mall off of W. Lehman Avenue (1st 3 hours free) Please do park against the Red Barn Mall back entrance or in the alley next to the mall. 

Gillian, The Salon is a licensed professional hair salon. We have combined over 60 years of experience and use the highest quality hair color and products on the market.  We rely on you to be direct and honest with us if you have used chemicals in your hair (i.e. boxed color, perming, straightening, or any products from Sally's, TIK-TOK, Instagram, etc.) Professional products in the hands of non-professionals falls into this category. Maintaining the integrity of your hair is our number one priority. Please do not come to a hair color (highlight, balayage, touchup) appointment with chlorine, minerals, etc in your hair. Please understand that this is for the safety of you and your hair. The services we provide are chemical reactions that have been carefully crafted by chemists. Adding additional chemicals can cause irreversible damage to the hair.  We have solutions, just be clear with us. 

We ask that you come to ALL hair color appointments with clean, dry hair. The hair color we use works best on clean, dry hair.

Children are not permitted in the salon. We will permit children 10+ as clients with prior salon approval.

All appointments made online will require a credit card. Credit cards will not be charged when booking.

Cash, ApplePay and All major credit cards are accepted. 

Gratuity cannot be charged to a credit card. Cash/Venmo preferred.

Clients arriving 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
